Jonathan DeCanio grew up in the Northern Virginia area, received an athletic scholarship to The Ohio State University where he played Division 1 collegiate Lacrosse. He received a Bachelors degree in Marketing / Communications in 2007. Jonathan has always had the dream of working for himself and has always had an interest in the criminal justice industry, he has an entrepreneur spirit and enjoys finding other business ventures to invest in.

Gino Besa grew up in the Northern Virginia area, he attended The College of William and Mary located in Williamsburg Virginia, and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
